Opening time of i-PIC System for the CITTC 2022
The event of B2B meetings of CITTC 2022 will be conducted in the form of video meetings instead of face-to-face meetings this year due to the impact of COVID-19. The Internet-based Platform of Interactive Connection (i-PIC) will still be used this year. This i-PIC system is an effective interactive platform for communications and matchmakings between institutions from Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region and overseas participants prior to the Conference. Participants from YRD region and overseas can make the best of this platform to look for and discuss with potential overseas partners, make appointments and network through online video meetings.
The i-PIC system will be available for registration from September 5th. And the online appointment will be available from September 15th. In the system, world-class overseas and YRD region research institutes and universities as well as representatives of well-known multinationals and technology transfer agencies can register and share their profile and cooperation intent. After logging into the i-PIC, you can browse information and select prospective partners for communication prior to the conference, and schedule online B2B video meetings. Please don’t forget to regularly check the system and email for the update on details of participants.
The B2B meetings will be arranged from 9:00 to 21:00 on November 11th, 2022, each for 30 minutes. Prospective participants can search potential partners and make appointments through the system. The timetable based on the online appointments will be sent to all participants by e-mail, which is also accessible in the i-PIC system. Please log into the i-PIC system and start video meetings on time according to your schedule
As the matchmaking arrangements are limited, participating organizations with cooperative needs are encouraged to register in i-PIC as soon as possible to conduct technical communications and project matchmakings, and make appointments with potential partners through the platform.
